In Ikebukuro, Tokyo—one of Japan’s busiest entertainment districts—a new Victim Support Unit is established at the Nishi-Ikebukuro Police Station, dedicated to helping crime victims rebuild their lives.

Natsumi Kuroki, an empathetic officer who connects with people on a personal level, is joined by Eriko Shiraishi, a highly skilled psychologist who struggles with communication. Though opposites, both women share a sense of isolation and form an unlikely partnership.

Supporting each other’s strengths and weaknesses, they work together to face victims’ pain and guide them toward healing, believing that while anyone can become a victim, everyone also has the strength to move forward.

This is a new kind of police drama, where two women from different walks of life build a sisterhood while helping others reclaim their lives.
