An office drama where HR staff with unique personalities handle various workplace troubles!

Ren Hitomi is assigned to the HR department of Hinode Pencil, a long-established stationery manufacturer with a brilliant track record. Due to its military-like culture, the HR department is undervalued by others.  However, rumors begin to spread that a super-elite HR expert, Hitomi, has been headhunted from an overseas company to join the team.  Everyone around him has high expectations. Ironically, not only does he lack business manners and clerical skills, but he also lacks social common sense, cannot perform even simple calculations, frequently forgets things, and is out of touch in nearly every way. Despite this, he is honest, straightforward, and outrageously compassionate. Somehow, he ends up solving problems and untangling the issues of the people he consults. The skill required in the HR department is to “see people” correctly, but can Hitomi truly “see people” as his name suggests?
