Everyone calls 119 at some point in their lives. The emergency dispatchers, who send out ambulances or fire trucks as the situation demands, can only handle the job because they are a team of specialists with a variety of skills related to firefighting and first aid. They use their communication skills and medical knowledge to listen to the voices of those in need and use their voices to save them. Relying on the words of panicked callers, they determine their location, and get the necessary teams there as soon as possible. The “chain of lifesaving” begins with fire department’s command center, and working there is by no means an easy job. This series faithfully depicts the various human interactions that play out on the job and the dispatchers who keep working their hardest to save lives in an environment where every moment is tense.
