Reiji believes that it is only the results of an examination that paint the picture of the truth, and he distinguishes himself from his colleagues by always keeping a cool head. Devoid of ego and never relying on speculation, he only believes that which can be proven by the results of a forensic investigation, nothing more, mercilessly refuting even detectives. Searching for tiny fragments of the truth buried away in darkness, Reiji is able to shed light on the thoughts and regrets of the departed. His partners, however, couldn’t be any more different than Reiji, though.
