Rensuke is a talented president of the furniture company Regolith, who is quickly building it into the No. 1 in the industry. Rensuke heads to Shanghai before opening his first store there. In Shanghai, an interior designer Rensuke knew since school named Maemi is hurrying to finish up the interior of the store. Rensuke places his trust in her, and she’s the only person who he takes advice from. Meanwhile, local citizens are demonstrating against the opening of the new store, and Rensuke finds a Chinese woman named Shumei among them, declaring that he will make her a role model and spokeswoman for Shanghai’s advancement.
