An ambulance carrying a bride, who collapsed at a wedding hall, is hurrying its way to a hospital to treat her. However, emergency units are short-handed everywhere, and the ambulance is denied to enter any hospital. Then Dr. Shindo who had finished serving his term as a member of the Doctors of International Humanitarian Assistance, appears at the site. The ambulance makes a u-turn and heads to the nearest hospital.
After the surgery, Dr. Shindo asks the nurses why the patient was denied treatment. He is astounded to hear that every single emergency unit doctor had left this mentally and physically demanding workplace.
