A heroic single mother rises up to “help the weak and fight the strong”!
Yuzuko Nanakusa is a single mother raising two small children after being betrayed by her husband. After the company she worked at suddenly goes bankrupt, and she loses her income and savings, she falls into deep poverty. But when Yuzuko is at her wit’s end, a super successful yet homely elite lawyer named Shinichi Kakihara, and Haruki Kase, a tall, handsome man who was laid off along with Yuzuko, come into her life. Kakihara, a gifted lawyer who earns 10.7 billion yen a year for his firm, suddenly contacts Yuzuko to tell her that there’s something more to her company’s bankruptcy. He actually had a crush on Yuzuko since high school,　and had summoned all his courage to contact her out of a desire to help her, or at least see her.
