A 10-year-old girl Rumi moves into a residential area, Happongi, in the heart of Tokyo, where only the rich and famous can live. She starts her life there with her family and pet toy-poodle Taffy, but in reality her dad’s company is not going well. Only dad knows and Taffy happens to know about it. Can Taffy bring happiness and luxurious life to his master Rumi, using his secret transformation power to become “Celebrity Knight” and help from his fellow dogs living in an underground?
