Tomoki Sakai, a 14-year-old boy, has devoted himself to diving since his early childhood.
It all started when he first met Yoichi Fujitani, the genius diver, three years older than him. Tomoki practices diving everyday with his friends at Mizuki Diving Club (MDC). One day, a new female coach named Kayoko Asaki is appointed by the club and she tells them that the club will no longer survive unless one member qualifies for the Olympics. The condition for the club to survive that Kayoko revealed seems utterly impossible.
This is a story of young boys who put every effort to that moment when they hover in the air with their mere body. Their long fierce battle has only just begun!
